These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Daly City EV Charger Installation quotes and performs EV charging work. The written quote you sign for a specific job governs that job, and where it differs from this page, the quote controls.
Using This Website
The content on this site is provided for general information about EV charger installation in Daly City and the surrounding cities. It is not an electrical design, an inspection report, or a substitute for an on-site load calculation performed by a licensed contractor. Do not rely on anything here to size a circuit or to decide that work is safe to perform.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices quoted over the phone are estimates only. A binding price is issued in writing after an on-site assessment of your panel, the proposed charger location, and the run between them. Once you accept a written flat-rate quote, that figure stands for the scope described in it. Work discovered outside that scope is re-quoted in writing before it is carried out, never added silently to an invoice.
Scheduling, Permits and Inspections
Timelines given before a job starts are best estimates. Permit issuance, inspector availability, and utility scheduling for service upgrades are controlled by third parties and can move the completion date. We file permits under our licence and attend inspections, but we cannot guarantee the calendar of a municipal department or a utility.
Workmanship and Warranties
Our installation work carries a workmanship warranty covering the labour and the materials we supply. Charging hardware itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we register at commissioning. Damage caused by modification, misuse, other contractors, rodents, flooding, or power events outside our control is not covered.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the electrical panel and the work area, to disclose any known prior electrical work at the property, and to have an adult present during installation. Concealed conditions such as undersized existing conductors, prior unpermitted work, or damaged service equipment may change the scope, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Rebates and Incentives
We prepare the documentation that utility and federal incentive programmes ask for, including permit numbers, equipment details, and load calculations. Programme terms, funding, and eligibility are set by those programmes and can change without notice. We do not guarantee any rebate amount or approval.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability arising from the work is limited to the amount paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
